Join our fun, friendly netball league on Thursday nights in Brighton.

Welcome to our social netball league, playing outdoors on Thursday evenings in Brighton. Raise your game and fitness levels in this social league. New teams are welcome, but if you are an individual wishing to join, we will find you a team to play in.

Why play with Social 7s?

Our social league is run by experienced local netballers. We can help source players, sort out subs, provide tips and if needed, get on court and join you for a game. We also arrange expert coaching sessions between seasons to help our ladies improve their skills.

Fitness and smiles guaranteed:

  • Thursday nights 6.30pm, 7.20pm, 8.10pm

  • Full-size courts at Falmer, Brighton

  • Experienced and qualified umpires

  • Free parking

  • Back-to-netball and intermediate levels

  • 40-minute matches (4 x 10-minute quarters)

  • Winners' prizes

  • Bibs and balls provided

  • Expert coaching sessions.

RULES

We follow the England Netball rules, allowing a bit more leniency about injury. Players are required to sign a waiver form before they play. No jewellery is permitted, nails must be short and hair tied back before games commence.
